Biography
Andrea is an associate attorney at Holmes PLLC, where she concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and sophisticated business transactions. Grounded in a strong foundational knowledge of commercial law, she provides strategic counsel with a specialized focus on the oil and gas sector. Andrea actively represents clients across the entire lifecycle of civil dispute resolution. She routinely manages critical trial and pre-trial procedures, including drafting complex motions, directing comprehensive discovery initiatives, and conducting depositions. Her courtroom experience spans evidentiary hearings as well as leading and assisting in jury trials.
Andrea is a native of Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Andrea brings an analytical, finance-driven perspective to her legal practice.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she distinguished herself leadership-wise and academically. During her tenure, she served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal and as Vice-President of the Resource, Energy, and Environmental Law Society. Reflecting her commitment to industry specialization, Andrea also earned a certificate in Sustainable Energy and Resources Law during her legal studies.
